Your flower is prepared in 1 hour after your order.  The mails taken within 1 hour will be considered. If you do not contact within 1 hour, we are not able to change the flowers.

You can make an order change before your flower is prepared. Just send an e-mail to info@sendandsmile.com so that you can change your flowers.


If your order is not prepared (same day orders are prepared within 1 hour after your order) we provide a money back guarantee. However, we cannot refund if your order has started to be prepared or just prepared.

It is not our company’s responsibility not to deliver your flower as a result of giving wrong or incomplete address.

After you place your order and after that we start to prepare your flower, we contact the reciever to check the receiver information. If flowers or gifts cannot be delivered due to contact problems with the receiver, no refund will be made and will not be reimbursed.
